The smooth dual-action allows you to enjoy the trainer and a full-body calorie-burning workout! The M2 offers the intense workout potential you would expect to see from a conventional stair stepper. MAGNETIC RESISTANCE
With up to 8 levels of magnetic resistance, you can bring the gym home and cater for your fitness and intensity level. Changing the resistance level offers variations to how hard you can or want to work, whether that be aiming or setting new personal goals or maintaining the current level of fitness you have.
The 7kg flywheel is both smooth and combined with the climbing stride motion you can be guaranteed a unique climbing motion that maximizes workout efficiency.
ON-BOARD CONSOLE
Stay on course during your training with the easy-to-use workout console. The console will monitor your real-time workout stats such as; time, speed, distance, calories and pulse. It’s always important to track your workout data after your sessions to see where your at and the progress you are making.
The console also features a device holder that is perfect for keeping your mobile phone in. From there you can use your phone to entertain yourself whilst you train or indeed workout via a fitness app or class.
The pulse sensor read-out on the console allows you to keep an eye on your pulse rate via the sensors on the handles. Chest straps are sold separately.

Furthermore, transport wheels have been added, which allows you to tip and push the machine with ease either to another workout spot or to move into a corner for storage.
