Both the speed and incline are adjustable in 0.1km/h and 1% increments respectively and are suitable for both jogging, running, sprinting, simulating hill climbs or HIIT training sessions.

The treadmill’s large running surface complete with 4.3mm orthopaedic running belt provides outstanding cushioning which will give the user a more comfortable workout experience while ensuring less potential joint wear and tear commonly associated with high-impact training.
